While there are a number of great muscle building routines out there, they may not be for you so therefore it is imperative that you take the time to research and try all the different routines until you find the one that works best for you.

When you do finally find it and couple it with the proper diet and motivations the result will be nothing less then astounding but if you try to rush through them and fail to meet your dietary and goal needs, the outcome will be no different then what your body looks like now.

It is important that you do not want to injure yourself and therefore when it comes to finding a routine, especially when you are a beginner, that you find something that works its way up and then back down.

Basically everyone knows the importance of warm-ups and stretching; well when you are looking for the perfect build muscle routine you have to look for one that starts with these stretches and warm-up exercises and then works it way up in intensity until a peak is reached about 2/3 of the way through the routine. Then it will work its way back down gradually and once again end up in stretches.

This is important because just as your muscles can be injured if you jump in feet first into a high intensity workout, if your body is not allowed to wind down properly injury can also happen.

Think of your build muscle routines as a spring being wound up. At first you need the tool for the winding process and in this case we are talking about the stretches. The first couple of turns are the hardest as these are the warm-ups and then as you go the spring become harder to turn which corresponds with the higher intensities.

Then you have to unwind the spring and remove the tools. If done right you won’t get hurt but if it is not, then chances are you will get injured and this is not a good thing.

Furthermore, also make sure that any build muscle routine you get yourself into also includes the proper dietary needs of your body because without the right fuel and building blocks, you cannot build muscles and you may be hurting yourself more than you realize.
